Gabriel Palansc

Gabriel has studied with esteemed professors such as Cristina Ortiz, Olga Kiun, Nadine Shank, Gilles Vonsattel and Tim Ovens, earning degrees in piano performance and chamber music. A first-prize winner in national and international competitions, he has also taken part in renowned festivals, including the Ávila Festival, Campos do Jordão Festival, and Curitiba Music Workshop. His teaching approach is personalized, adapting to each student’s needs while emphasizing independence in practice and effortless playing.

Gabriel holds a Master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor’s degree from the Fine Arts School of Paraná. Currently, he directs the Ars Piano project, dedicated to sharing Brazilian music and composers with audiences worldwide. He has collaborated with singers and instrumentalists from the USA, China, Canada, Italy, Brazil, and Argentina.
